The two important ingredients in the team are the "spanner men". Team Founds Racing are fortunate to have both experienced and dedicated mechanics. Various people have provided invaluable assistance over the years, to help the team to where we are at the moment, so a big thanks goes out to all, but here are the present crew.

	Peter Graham With over twenty years of racing experience himself,Pete Graham provides an invaluableinput into the Team. Specialising in the logistics and travel side of the Team, Peter, an Electrical Engineer from Warrington by profession, provides all the support for running the race transporter and technical knowledge on the instrumentation side.
Ron Founds Ron (or Bimbo) creates the core of the mechanical side to the Team. A Building Contractor by trade, Bim has learnt the mechanics of the bike over time and provides great commitment now having been with the Team for several years. Ron is also the cousin of Chris and Pete, continuing the "family" orientation of the Team and followed Des, during his early racing career.
	Nick Gannon Most teams have at least one stalwart and Nick, affectionately known as the "Gimp" has been with the Team for as long as we can remember! Nick brings on board enthusiasm and motivation and is always striving for bigger and better things. Nick works full time for Sharp Precision Manufacturing as a driver, choosing to spend some of his spare time assisting the team in chassis and engine preparation.
